PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Your complete CCTV archive remains on your DVR/NVR.
iSurveillanz uses authorized remote access to view relevant live or recorded CCTV footage from the client’s existing DVR/NVR. We do not routinely download or duplicate the client’s complete CCTV archive onto our systems.
When a relevant incident is identified, our authorized surveillance professional uses a controlled reporting tool to capture only the necessary image or a short screen recording covering the specific incident period. This limited evidence is reviewed and shared according to the approved client SOP and reporting channel.

How we handle surveillance evidence
The client retains responsibility for its CCTV equipment, recordings and access permissions. iSurveillanz remotely reviews authorized camera views according to the agreed service scope and client SOP. Only relevant incident evidence—such as an image or short screen recording—is captured when required for verification and reporting. Access, evidence handling, reporting channels and retention requirements are defined during onboarding.
