REMOTE CCTV MONITORING SERVICES

Remote CCTV monitoring for existing camera systems.

Turn existing CCTV footage into verified operational context without building a separate monitoring team at every location.

iSurveillanz securely reviews authorised live views or recorded footage from the client’s existing CCTV, DVR, NVR or compatible VMS. AI tools may assist with prioritisation where technically feasible; trained surveillance professionals verify relevant observations against the client’s written SOP before reporting.

Why organisations use remote monitoring

CCTV records a large volume of activity, but a recording alone does not establish what matters, whether an event matches the site’s priorities or who should receive the information. Remote monitoring adds a defined review process around the cameras already in place.

The service is useful when an organisation needs consistent observations across operating hours, locations or incident categories but wants its own authorised team to retain responsibility for decisions and physical action.

A clear service workflow

The engagement starts with the camera map, operating hours, authorised access method, escalation contacts and a written SOP. The SOP identifies relevant safety, security, operational, camera-health or customer-related observations and defines priority and reporting expectations.

Authorised views are then reviewed from the separate iSurveillanz Remote Monitoring Centre in Pune. A professional checks context, records factual details and delivers a structured report through CRAD360 or another agreed reporting channel. The client’s site team decides and carries out any physical response.

Choose the appropriate review model

Live monitoring covers agreed service hours and priorities. Scheduled footage review examines recorded footage at agreed intervals and may suit smaller or lower-intensity requirements. Incident monitoring and reporting focuses on consistent classification, verification and evidence delivery.

The appropriate model depends on risk, operating schedule, camera count, incident urgency and the practical quality of the available camera views—not on a generic package name alone.

Feasibility before commitment

Camera visibility, image quality, network reliability, DVR/NVR/VMS compatibility, playback retention and lawful authorised access must be assessed. A camera that cannot clearly show the required activity cannot support a reliable observation, and AI assistance is not available for every camera or requirement.

iSurveillanz works with the client’s existing surveillance infrastructure. It does not sell, install or repair CCTV equipment, and it does not provide guards, police response or on-site emergency intervention as part of the standard remote monitoring service.
