Privacy Policy
We value privacy and handle surveillance information according to the agreed service scope, client SOP and authorized reporting process.
iSurveillanz processes only the information and incident evidence required for the agreed surveillance service, verification, reporting and client communication.
The client’s complete CCTV archive normally remains on the client-controlled DVR/NVR. Relevant incident images or short clips may be captured for verification, controlled reporting and authorized records.
Face-related monitoring is not enabled by default. Where specifically requested, technically feasible and legally permitted, face detection or captured-face evidence may be included within a written client-approved scope. iSurveillanz does not promise biometric identity matching unless it is separately documented and lawfully authorized.
Clients remain responsible for establishing an appropriate lawful basis, notices, permissions and on-site compliance for their CCTV system and requested monitoring requirements.
Website analytics
The production website at www.isurveillanz.in uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, page paths, referring websites, broad country and device or browser categories, and website-performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals.
This analytics setup does not use cookies or persistent local browser storage, does not fingerprint individual visitors and does not record URL query strings. It is not intended to collect requirement-planner content, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, CCTV details or other information entered by a visitor.
Analytics is restricted to the production hostname www.isurveillanz.in. Cloudflare Pages preview addresses under pages.dev are excluded. Cloudflare processes the resulting technical measurements according to its own privacy and data-handling practices.
Website enquiries
When a visitor prepares a requirement summary, the website may process information such as the visitor’s name, company or organisation, email address, site location, camera count, premises type, preferred coverage and monitoring priorities.
The planner operates in the current browser session. Information is shared with iSurveillanz only when the visitor explicitly continues through an available contact method such as WhatsApp or email. A downloaded summary remains a local visitor action.
WhatsApp, email applications, Google Maps, CRAD360, CRAD Labs and other external services operate under their respective privacy practices.
