iSurveillanz processes only the information and incident evidence required for the agreed surveillance service, verification, reporting and client communication.

The client’s complete CCTV archive normally remains on the client-controlled DVR/NVR. Relevant incident images or short clips may be captured for verification, controlled reporting and authorized records.

Face-related monitoring is not enabled by default. Where specifically requested, technically feasible and legally permitted, face detection or captured-face evidence may be included within a written client-approved scope. iSurveillanz does not promise biometric identity matching unless it is separately documented and lawfully authorized.

Clients remain responsible for establishing an appropriate lawful basis, notices, permissions and on-site compliance for their CCTV system and requested monitoring requirements.
